Who we are

Paid Traffic Ninja is operated by WHIPSAW Media in Huntington Beach, California. You can reach us at hello@paidtrafficninja.com.

What we collect

If you use the Wasted Money Quiz form, we collect the name you give, your email, your score band, and the issues the quiz flagged.

If you send the intake form, we collect your name, email, business name, website, Google Ads customer ID, monthly spend range, goals, conversion types, the tier you bought, whether you want a conversation about management, and anything you write in the notes.

If you request a Fix-It quote, we collect your name, email, business name, website, and the work you describe.

If you pay, Stripe processes the card. We receive your name, email, the amount, and a record of the payment. We do not receive your full card number.

If you grant read-only access, you invite hello@paidtrafficninja.com as a Read only user. We view the Google Ads account to write your report. That can include campaigns, search terms, conversion actions, and related performance data. We never ask for your password. Questions and deletion requests go to the same address.

If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the checklist, run the audit, answer questions, and handle payment. Monitoring and Fix-It use the same account access for the work you approved.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send it to advertisers. We do not publish your name, your customer ID, or your numbers. If we want to use an anonymized example, we will ask first.

Who else processes it

Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions. Stripe handles payment. Google provides the ads account, which we see only because you invited us. Those companies process data under their own terms. They may process it in the United States.

Cookies

The pages on this site do not run an analytics tool or an advertising pixel. Payment happens on Stripe, which has its own cookies and privacy policy. Netlify may set a cookie if its form handling needs one.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, report notes, and email for as long as we need them to deliver the audit, answer follow-up questions, and meet ordinary bookkeeping duties. You can ask us to delete what we hold. We may keep a record of the payment itself where tax rules require it.

Your choices

Email hello@paidtrafficninja.com and we will tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it, aside from records we have to keep. You can also stop a monitoring renewal by emailing us before the next charge.

Children

This offer is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page.
