Terms of service

The service

Paid Traffic Ninja is operated by WHIPSAW Media in Huntington Beach, California. These terms cover the Google Ads audit and the optional add-ons listed on the pricing page.

• Pilot, $99. The Quick Audit at a founding price. Same checks, same delivery. Only 5 pilot spots, then this price comes off the site.
• Quick Audit, $149. The essential pass. A PDF with the tracking check, the wasted search terms, and the top fixes in dollar order.
• Full Audit, $249. The Quick Audit, plus a Loom walkthrough of the findings and 14 days of email questions.
• Fix-It, Quoted per account. Tell us the work and we'll invoice it. You approve the list before anything is edited.
• Monitoring, $79/mo. A weekly plain-English email on what changed, plus one focused fix a month. Read-only access. Cancel by email before the next renewal.

Prices are in US dollars. If Stripe adds tax at checkout, that amount is shown there before you pay.

Payment

Pilot, Quick Audit, and Full Audit are paid through a Stripe Payment Link before the review starts. We do not see your full card number. Those three are one-time charges. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel. Fix-It is quoted, then invoiced. We send the price and wait for a yes before any work or any further charge.

Delivery

The report is due in 3 business days, meaning monday to friday, excluding us federal holidays. The count starts when your intake form is in and the read-only invite has reached us. Payment alone does not start the count. If the date will move, we email you before the deadline.

The Quick Audit and the Pilot are a written PDF. The Full Audit adds a Loom walkthrough and 14 days of email questions after delivery. Keep a copy of the Loom. The link depends on Loom.

Access

You invite hello@paidtrafficninja.com as a Read only user in Google Ads. Read only means we can view the account and we cannot edit campaigns, bids, budgets, or billing. Your password stays with you.

Fix-It stays read-only until you approve a change list. We ask you to raise access only for the work you approved. Fix-It work is quoted per account. We tell you the price and wait for a yes before we charge or edit anything.

What we need from you

You have the authority to grant access to the account. The intake form is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You tell us what a real conversion is for the business. You can share the report with whoever runs the ads.

No promise of results

The report is an opinion about the account at the time we review it. It is not a promise of sales, leads, rankings, or a dollar amount of savings. Decisions you or your agency make from the report are yours.

Refunds and cancellation

If you ask before we start the review, we refund the audit fee. Once the review has started, the fee covers that work. Monitoring charges already made are not refunded. Email hello@paidtrafficninja.com before the next renewal and we will stop the next monitoring charge. The renewal date is the one on your Stripe receipt.

The report

You may use the report inside your business and share it with the person who runs the ads. You may not resell it as an audit product or publish it as your own work. We keep a copy so we can answer questions. We will not publish your name or your numbers. If we want to share an anonymized example, we will ask first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about an audit or an add-on is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for lost profits or for ad spend that continues while you decide what to change.

Law

These terms are governed by California law. The state courts and the federal courts located in Orange County, California are the exclusive venue for any dispute about these terms or a purchase.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date on this page will change. A purchase already made keeps the terms in place on the day you paid, except where the law requires a change. These terms, plus the tier you bought, are the whole agreement for that purchase.
